CFP file contain full description of pulse commands used for PPL interpreting.

Each pulse command consists of some number of patterns.

Each pattern has virtual channels associated with it.

Finally the virtual channels are mapped to hardware channels.

CFP file has a standard windows ini-file structure. Names of sections and keys are case insensitive. Values in are case sensitive. [general] section of CFP file has a 'Name' key which specifying the name of configuration.

CfP file has specific sections for commands, patterns.

The content of CFP file can be found on the ini tab in the main window. Use Pulse configuration wizard to browse and modify the pulse configuration.
