Select pulse command to get access to these options. (1) Command info panel provides the information on the PPL command syntax. Shadow command edit box allows to set $pulse_engine_shadow_command$ for this command. (2) Pattern controls allow to add, delete and rename the command patterns. The already defined patterns are listed and can be selected on the left. (3) These controls set number of channels and states in the pattern. The default state can be selected as well. Option Bitwise channel selection select channels according to bits in the state number, i.e. for state 5 (binary 101) the first and the third channels will be used. Option Shape converts this pattern into pattern holding $pulse_engine_awg_channel$. If the option Movable is selected Offset and Tail of the pattern can be modified through the Variable pattern panel of experiment (e.g. for the protection pulse).
