Logging options describe where SpecMan4EPR should log the activity and defines the length of the Log Window queue.

Message filter defines which messages will be finally shown. Report levels are Echo/Warning/Error. in first case all messages will be shown. The filter can be overridden for certain message sources. In last case only errors will be shown. Warnings can be very important for understanding of program problems. That's why this mode is recommended.

Message format defines an appearance of the message. Messages should not be longer than Max message size.
